Christmas Jeopardy

The American Corner organized a Christmas Jeopardy. Courtney Brown was the quiz master. The winners received a prize from the Mikes Library.

Meseszer

Finally, our school library entered in the "Meseszer" fairy tale project, started by the Bródy Sándor Public Library / Eger /Hungary.
Our 4th grader students were telling tales to the Csipike Kindergarten children. We invited them because we already have a traditional fairy tale telling program called "Mesemaraton", during which our 11-12th graders are read tales to the 1-4th graders.
An other difference between the two projects is that the rules of "Meseszer" said, that we have to invite two representatives from other scool or public libraries, who will continue this campaign.
The children from the kindergarten enjoyed very much the tales and for us it was a good opportunity to present them our library, because many of these children will be our future students.
